‘After They Left’ is a short piece about the conflicting experience of distancing yourself from a person that you care about deeply, knowing it’s the only solution to maybe some day find each other closely again.

This piece was created with the pre-eduction of the Amsterdam University of the Arts 5 O'Clock Peers students, and performed during their end of the year performances at Kunstlinie in Almere and De Meervaart in Amsterdam in 2025.
